Welcome to Brain Court, developed by KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Brain Court application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.1 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Transmit unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any form of solicitation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from using or enjoying the App

4. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content, including but not limited to ideas, feedback, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit and the consequences of submission.

4.1 Content Guidelines

User Content must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in any medium.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate feedback and evaluations based on User Content. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant responses, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that reliance on such content is at your own risk.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a freemium model with subscription plans including optional in-app purchases.

7.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your account settings.

7.2 Payment

All payments will be processed through third-party services (e.g., Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Stripe). By using the App, you agree to comply with the payment terms and conditions of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
