End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the Brain Court mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

Under this license, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. The App is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. User Content

By submitting content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the App services. You represent that you own all rights to or have the necessary permissions for the content you submit.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual plans
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your account settings
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law

Free Trial

The App may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security patches. You are encouraged to use the latest version of the App. Certain updates may be required for you to continue using the App.

7. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KIDZ Gida Turizm Dan. Ltd. Sti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Izmir.

11. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. If you download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the relevant store terms of service will also apply.
